Let's start with the basics... shapes and skins. For shapes I went to
Cyanide and got myself the male and female shapes I'm showing for 1L (dollarbie) each, its a great shape and piercing shop and you can also try your luck at the lucky board, and join the Midnight Mania (I'll explain what are those at the end of the post)
Lucky board: sometimes lucky chairs too... it's a boeard or a chair (duh) where they call up letters, if thats your initial just click on it (or sit) to win the prize.
Midnight Mania: Click on the board to join it, if 100 (or 50 or whatever they especify on the board) join in, all the 100 people will get the prize at midnight.
For the skins I went to
Belleza, they have skins for both genders if you are part of their group. It works like that: touch the board that should be in front of you, and the group address will appear on your chat box, click on it and then join the group for free. With your tag activated, touch the box you want and get it for free!
The hairs worn here are from
Savoir Hair, a very very cool shop where EVERYTHING is 0L or 1L, and they have hairs from the most famous hairdressers in SL, make sure you stop by. (some of them might be boxed, in this case find an appropriate place, rez it and copy the items to your inventory. and don't forget to clean it up when you are done!)
The girl's outfits and the etceteras were grabbed for 0L at
Peppermint Blue. They have Assistance kits with everything for to create a new avatar... shape, skin, eyes, hair, shoes, clothes and whatever you can imanige. They change their kits on a regular basis, so run there if you want it, and check them regularly for new gifts. Im only wearing the a FEW of the clothes and accessories in this post, no skins or shapes.
